Refund and Returns Policy
At Funnelizo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your bag, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please check product details before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
